There was a superior chili resto (5 stars) in Encino (‘Encino is like so bitchin’!) called Chili My Soul.
But the guy, Mistah Randy Hoffman, died and that was that. R.I.P. Never equaled, still a hole in the soul for Chili My Soul. Used to go for the Durango heated up to 10; the sphincter still recoils in terror at the thought. Grody to the max.
