My friend Dave Schonefeld of Clover Blossom Honey in N. Indiana brings 1600 hives to sunny Cal to pollinate almonds. Its all the help he can muster because of the Monsanto corn. They have been removing dead beez by the scoop shovels. It is truly unbelievable, the loss. Feds have taken an interest, He said Bayer Aspirin Co. been there also. Bayer, one of the biggest pesticide makers. They tell him move the beez out of apiary then back in as to dodge the danger. Could you imagine 100 beeyards with at least 50 hives moving them where? And back to What??
