well what everybody wants to know is if there is any one visiting this website or who controls it is going on that answer-question program on NBC that airs ET. @ 7pm. the guy that host the shows first name is Alex. just like the track the show has DD.

Sadly, Sir, I believe those days to be well and truly over. They want only good-looking mopesz for their show these days — after all, just take a gander at this human beefcake known as Allen Chu that they have on there now. Sorry, I have been deemed surplus to requirements.

Now, enough of that pity. I got a good soft (not crumbly) bleu cheese over here, and I tried pairing it with port, but it seems port is just too sweet for me. Can you kindly recommend a good sweet red wine that’s not as obvious as port but can still stand up to the soft moldy veins of this fromage? Tyvm!

try a cabernet sauvignon. now the cab is not real sweet but suttle..lighter than a merlot and zinfandel. if the cab is dry try a white sauvignon blanc or a nice riesling(german). obtw i was impressed with the prices of the wine at VONS and the a place called “BEV MART” great selections.

OK. I am glad you did not go to Trader’s for the Two-Buck Chuck line of plonk. VONS is Safeway; Ralphs (no apostrophe) is Kroger.

I will trust your gourmet judgment that the Cab will stand up to the fromage bleu. I will let you know. I don’t think Iron City would be a good match. Tyvm.
