Jamesz Winston, affluenza. Billie Jakesbeer was not wrong. “First thing we do, let’s kill all the…”. However, little did the Bard realize that, nowadays, the number of incompetent people dispensing legal counsel far exceeds the number who are merely shrewd!

When it comes to justice, the robots cannot arrive fast enough. As all the bookies (that is, bookmakers) in your neighborhood are fond of admonishing, “Never bet on any event whose outcome is determined solely by human beings”.

So, horseys, dogsz, cockfighting, all OK. Prizefights, elections, judicial decisions, not OK.

Again, the robots cannot come fast enough. Robot justice needed immediately. Robots don’t cry. Robot justice NOW!

Today’s Stakes Pageantry: GP 8 on the free page. RP 10 on the pay-side. WO 4, too.

#3 Chuck won’t need much luck; he has too much skill for RP 3, the Jim Thorpe. Next race there, #2 Eye Love Jeanie can post a mild upset. Same goes in the ninth there, except the horsey’s name is #8 Noble Cornerstone.

Same goes for #5 Ilikewinnin, though she’s at a different racetrack, the Sunland Park, Race 10, the Enchantress.

Yesterday’s Activity: All right, all right, ya robot-justice fansz! We say this only one time: Where else on the Interwebsz are you going to get a free $942.80 daily double tout involving only two combinations? Where?

Check out the BetFail TV channel: So many chicklets, so-called, and they just leave a sour taste in your mouth. Criss-crossing combos, and they won’t come close to paying $942.80 for your daily double. Huckstersz! They just want you to buy all their comboasz! Comboasz! Huckstersz!

So, yes, here was that free $942.80 daily double tout, two horseys in the first leg, one horsey in the next, $4 outlay, $942.80 daily double in the span of about an hour.

In that $942.80 daily double, the horseys were, in Gulf 7, Bonkersmate Our Caravan, a first-timer in a wild heat, competitive connection line of 28pc/14pc/NA (no previous tries), and at Fair Odds of 6-1 on the conventional Betting Line, anyway. He won at $73.40.

Then in Race 8 there, sole-touted Rope a Dope, ignored by the Betting Line in a wide-open configuration, 8-1 on the morning line. Rope a Dope had a fine LifeLiner Speed Column number, 86, though, second-best in the lineup. Rope a Dope ran as his complete LifeLiner Array suggested, 68-70-86, and held on by a desperate half-length at $19.20 up top.

Our Caravan and Rope a Dope combined for a $942.80 daily double, all right there on the page for you, $4 ventured, $942.80 gained. (Is that number of $942.80 ingrained into your memory by now?)

On the pay-side, a milder daily double of $108.20 on the last two races at Turfway, making for an extra-crunchy KING OF THE NETCAPPER BULLIESZ SPECIAL. The two winning horseys paid $13.20 and $7, way bet-down from at least 8-1 on their morning lines.

For your pleasure and our humility, now we welcome you to The Home of The Runner-Up Finish, this time led by the following:

Crc 6 HM Codero 14-1
Hol 4 HM top-touted Senator Bob 10-1
Hol 6 HM Cuneo sole-touted 10-1
Lrl 4 HM sole-touted I Run to You 15-1
Tam 4 HM sole-touted It Takes Heart 40-1, beaten ¾ length
TuP 7 HM sole-touted Love Makor 13-1

Of these, there were makable saver perfectas of $26, $26 and $75. Not the best there.

However, there was a Race 7 monster at the Remington Park, with top-touted Keg winning at $18-even and Bonkersmate Okietate, 10¢ shy of 47-1 on the toteboard, completing your winning $551.80 Bonkers Exacta Box. In fact, Okietate, wild longshot, was the top LifeLiner Speed Column horsey in the field.

Closing out the eventful evening were two winners at Retama: top-touted Honor Lisabeth at $12.40 in Race 6, and sole-touted Cowboy Ed, $24.20, in the ninth. The ninth was the last race on the card, and you know what that means: KING OF THE NETCAPPER BULLIESZ SPECIAL.

Random childhood memory: Keystone Racetrack, Cornwells Hts., Penna., late-1970s, second-level, one of the citizens screaming at the old Motorola TV hanging from the ceiling as jockey Anthony S. Black was driving his horsey to victory in the stretch: “Eat ’em up, Tony! Eat ’em up!”

Eat ’em up. Better than Star Trek all day, better than Katnip Evergreen now, better than Game of Thornsz ever.

I saw Merle Haggard’z Son In Law{forgot his name} & Roy Jones Jr. pit Roosters against one another at the World Championships, down the road a bit from Blue Ribbon Downs. Was it a fair fight??? you bet it was. Roy’s, A Green Legged Gray and Merle’s a Sweater Red. Roy,s the quicker of the 2, flew into the red and crippled him immediately!! they fought for 3 or so minutes until roys kicked and knocked the red to his back. it then begins the assault from the air, but the red has his legs skyward the Gray lands on the reds spur. Game over—-spurred thru the heart. Poor Roy. Always find a bettor with an ego, call the Odds, you never know. BETTORS laid 100 to win 70 on this particular one, as many times as you wanted.
The Chorale Video came out a disaster. Disappointed cause I wanted you to enjoy and see some Christmas pickin, Grinnin & Singin. They are really good. Video man ran out of memory in camera & lost the last 3 selections. said he will try and combine Sat night & Sun performances & maybe I can get one. They were planning on sellin them.
Not bragging but beginning to trust All In One. Less work that way. did get a tri Yesterday at TP that came back 1360 something for 2 quarters. I had 27 bets= $13.50 investment. and HOL today, a dollar exacta= $202. Who ME?? the plugger & Plodder, tryin to figure out Exotics!!! Must be NUTZ.
If I cannot get you the Video, use your Imagination with the CD. As good as you are ya bound to have all the imagination one needs.
    Thank YOou, Thanks, thankz—–The HONEYMAN
Sent a case of honey to Dallas> USPS> it arrived with every pint broken> what a waste. The Packer had to many piercings also & thanks to my little imagination I did buy a little Insurance.

Dallas! Always have a healthful mistrust of DALLAS! Better to be from DALHART, also in the Free Republic of Tejas. Tejas!

Sorry about the video, we will listen. We like authentic musics, not hipster imitators. We go with the real McCoy, the real Hatfield. Fire it along, along with some Kentucky White Lightning. Need to cut the eggnog with something STRONG. That’ll put hair on your ovariesz, Tony Romo! Dallas! ROMO! DALLAS!

At any rate, you have perfect timing, because our favourite Libertariat podcaster, Dr. Russell ‘Hayek von Mises Muscle’ Robertsz, just published this doozie:

      http://www.econtalk.org/archives/2013/12/wally_thurman_o.html

From this enlightening discussion, we learn about Hannah Nordhaus, the proper way to pronounce neonicotinoid (neo is easy, like neonazi or neoconservative, then a hard emphasis on the NICK, like the man’s name, and then the rest in a hurry, like adenoid, almost…NEO-NICK-adenoid…works!), winter migration, transporting bees like a cowboy from north to south and back again, and from orchard to orchard.

Please let’s start a West Coast branch of Honey Dew Apiary out here, almond capital of the world. So many almond trees to pollinate. They subsidize this kind of work, and Cargill and ADM and Monsanto don’t bother making beekeeping into a mega-factory. Better for the U.S. Gov’t to subsidize the Honeyman and his street-level apiarists than for them to hand it out to Big Dairy, Big Agriculture, Big CargillADMonsanto!

      Power to the beesz!

  2. KGreen says:

If your in the NO—–Its NEO NICKS.. I’ll send you a film or a link to the film. A lady spoke at the bee meeting. Had this film about CCD. Right to the point & mostly right on the BEE Trouble. She made the film but not at our meeting. Interesting, but makes perfect sense. WORKIN HARD on the Chorale performance

TYVM TYVM TYVM—-PONIES LISTENING TO ME OR I AM LISTENING TO THEM

    • Shoutoute says:

Amen. Please let us know about the West Coast wing of the Honey Dew Apiary. I will drive the bees all up and down the state to pollinate the almonds. I want the Gov’t. Subsidy. And do you like going down south to wake your bees from winter torpor? That is fascinating stuff.
