I didn’t know the “James H Drew” carnival was still around. Reminded me of the grated walkway to the Tilt A Whirl. Funny thing was that everytime some Female dressed as lady pictured ventured aboard a great wind would come thru the grates. Very educational for a 12yr old kid. As a matter of fact,that 12yr old somehow endured some sex education from the great James H Drew Carnival that hit town every summer!!!!!
