Bye-bye, sugar. So long, flour. For now, grains go away. Back on the wagon, and sweating out all that gunk via windsprint intervals. It’s hard to sleep at night! Sometimes.

Intermittent fasting was never too difficult. It’s more challenging without the easy relief of fast-access, nutritionless junk, though.
