But for now, we will celebrate the amazing career, leadership &amp; genuine good-sportsmanship the man featured in today\u2019s video lede; he just played his last regular-season home game a few moments ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Unlike another Los Angeles pro-sports immortal (Clayton Kershaw) who recently called it quits, Kopi was able to remain relevant to the end of his 20 years; he was still a positive influence on his team\u2019s top line in his final season; whereas Kershaw was pretty much being avoided like Typhoid Mary in his last appearances as a Dodger. And unlike one of the players Kopitar defeated today, one Connor McDavid, Kopi did it the gracious way \u2014 no cheap shots, no unnecessary drama, just unceasing two-way intensity shift after shift,
