Trying to return to the workaday world here, but still fighting off some effects of extended jet-lag, lack of tropical libations & serious symptoms of withdrawing from guava & ono & Kauai shrimp, the latter two of which are the main ingredients in the dish in today\u2019s photo lede. Those Kauai shrimp, man, not at all rubbery or bland, sweet & buttery, tender and nearly flaky, tending toward lobster! Aloha! <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Here\u2019s lots of wild races anyway…<\/p>\n\n\n\n
