No, that\u2019s not the spirit of the day; sorry about that. What follows here might sound trite, but, seriously, people: take good care of yourself; you\u2019re the only one you\u2019ve got. One of the best bits of advice we\u2019ve heard is this: \u2018STAY IN LIFE\u2019. Translation: when the brain circuitry starts demanding its incessant need for absolute control, and you start experiencing your existence solely through thoughts &amp; rumination &amp; schemes &amp; plans, take a step back, let your five senses take over one-by-one, and then let life take you over. Real life, the life outside, you know? Meantime, fair play to the Atlantans, who obviously had the necessary collective mental health to overcome the issue of trailing 4-nil to the Philadelphians.
