Go over to the Mongolian BBQ this evening, load up a bowl filled with broccoli and a little peanut oil (fats are fine!) and soy sauce, eat and enjoy, and then see if you don’t feel a lot better. Or else go to the salad bar and fill up on it; use as much Roquefort as you need (fats are fine!). Or else buy a couple of bunches, steam, toss with butter and olive oil (fats are fine!) and dine with the gods. Thank you to the Italianos and paisanos for bringing the broccoli to these shores.
