We understand its powerful antioxidant properties, way better than anything those phonies like Fat Alex Jones Sr. or Genocidal Turk Dr. Mehmet Ozymandias Jr. are able to provide you via those sawdust-and-cardboard supplements, so-called, that they are eager to sell you on.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>True, good chocolate is expensive, unlike those fake snake-oil supplements, which is why Jones &amp; Ozymandias &amp; Co. are unwilling to hawk them; chocolate is not a high-margin profit-maker for them, despite its proven heritage as a good-health food! Despite the denial of the hucksters &amp; grifters, make no mistake: chocolate itself is the real deal, and you should take it as often as possible, as close to 100-percent pure cacao as you can stand.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>As for ourselves, we push two heaping tablespoons of it into a combination of 8 oz. of whole milk and hot water, plus a scant tablespoon of malt-flavored Ovaltine. Into those eight ounces of melted chocolate, we pour in two shots of freshly ground espresso and a little half-and-half to top things off. The only sugar, a small amount, comes from the Ovaltine.<\/p>\n<p>This will fuel you all morning long, especially if you are an intermittent feaster (feaster!) who doesn\u2019t consume any solid food until the mid-afternoon or later. You\u2019ll have alertness and physical energy and not feel hungry at all. Most important, you will feel as godlike as Moctezuma was; that is, until Hern\u00e1n Cort\u00e9s &amp; His Band of Thug-Life Conquistadores decided to unleash the Great Vengeance &amp; Furious Anger of their Christian God upon the natives.
