Napoleonic Code. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Tulane is charitably referred to as The Harvard of The South; in reality, that designation was rightfully taken a long time before that by Vanderbilt. Sheesh, even Emory or Rice seems more fitting of that title than Tulane is.<\/p>\n<p>As well, if you or your parents can&rsquo;t grease the itchy palms of certain unsavory power-brokers, no worries. Settle for Temple or Tulane or Bucknell or Fordham (!) or Cal State Dominguez Hills (!!) and get on with it! You&rsquo;ll be OK. You&rsquo;ll deal with fewer posers, too.
