You look at Chen Kenichi and look into his eyes and you can tell he is a soulful character. Compare soulful Chen Kenichi&rsquo;s eyes with those of those who are not so soulful, such as Vlado Putin, Stephen Miller, Stephen Mnuchin, Javanka etc. See if you can spot the difference.
