All right then. The last Thoroughbred race of the evening on the North American continent comes from Northlands Park in lovely Edmonton, Alb., Canada. The All-In-One V6 considers the race — Race 8 on the card — contentious, with the main contention being #4 Gilly Gilly<\/strong>, #6 Tawow<\/strong> and #2 Shadydeed<\/strong>. <\/p>\n Complicating the issue is the king-hell pro-early-speed bias at the 6½-furlong distance. The WMF is 380 and the ‘E’ (Early)-type runners have accounted for 78 percent of the winners. Gilly Gilly has sharp early speed, and she easily sustains it to the wire; hence the morning-line favoritism at 2½-1. <\/p>\n On the other hoof, rank outsider Tawow, 30-1 in the official track programme, has only the first-call speed, before tailing off dramatically. Yet if something untoward should happen…<\/p>\n Still, Tawow would need much more than that to happen, and sometimes things indeed do happen. Make sure you get every bit of those double-digit odds. Shadydeed is not brilliant, but she plods around well enough to get into the exotics. #5 Toccalot<\/strong> is the stranger-danger; she’s ranked at Fair Odds of 2½-1 on the conventional Betting Line but unloved by LifeLiner. <\/p>\n Thank you.
