Most of the jacaranda in the region are in full bloom a couple of weeks before Memorial Day. The ones gracing the grounds of the Home Office here in Studio City, Calif., however, are notoriously fickle and perennially late to display their beauty. Some years they don’t bloom at all; others, they wait till August or even September. So we are heartened to see them show their stuff at last in June here. When something’s good, it’s never gone. <\/p>\n
