You listen to this, you can’t help but cross-reference Play It as It Lays.

La-La Land, unstable female leads, endless freeways, half-hearted motion pictures, hard-and-consistent pills-and-booze, the sound of the air conditioner in that bedroom in Encino, the whole thing. But it’s more a paean to flawed heroines everywhere, just like Hitchcock had his blondes and the way Truman Capote did also. ‘She looks like Eva Marie Saint/In On the Waterfront’ As well, check out the violin riff from ‘Georgy Girl’ at 1:35 and again at 1:48. Allusions are good. It’s always what’s unspoken that strengthens the connection. Thank you, Lloyd Cole. Thank you, Joan Didion.

Canterbury tonight, because what could be farther away from La-La Land than The Twin Cities, right? Mpls.-St. Paul. Race 4 looks like the obvious choice — tread lightly. Elsewhere, the next race, the fifth, is the opposite — pick a number, any number! Race 6 resembles the fourth. So, for kicks, the Race 5 is the one.

Drive safely!

Just wanted to send out kudos and thanks to CPC, Boys in the Back Room, the new Canine in Chief – Kevork and of course Steve, for a profitable Saratoga meet like no other. The new BestLine and Winning Trainer Tricks absolutely killed it! Thank you for making the Swampatoga meet extra enjoyable, inspite all the freaking rain!

Now it’s on to the Breeders Cup and I can’t wait to get the BestLine output!

Steve, I gotta ask, am I missing something here??? You keep posting the BestLine fair odds, fantastic results here. Where/how can I/we come up with these same results for ourselves? Is Best Line a part of the all-in-one software? Or is there a subscription where we can get the Best Line Fair odds in advance for all the different tracks??? HELP!! LOL

    Thank you Steve!!!
