Yesterday’s Activity:

Track (Win Mutuels $20+/Gettable)

Aqueduct (0/0) — Porzingis, Anthony return; Sasha Vujacic still in the league, contributes 7 pts. in 22. mins. off the bench in Knickerbocker rout of Phoenix.

Delta (2/0)Rien, cher.

Fair Grounds (2/1) — Nightcap upsetter Lifelong Dream ($44.40) was the LifeLine Dream (in the Spread Column, anyway, a field-high 86 there). But ’Dream was not toutable, owing to the presence of a seemingly unbeatable 4-5 fave, who wound up second. As you must realize by now, this happens, and not infrequently.

Golden Gate (1/0) — Hyper Bowl L comin’ at ya in 8 days from now; its QB duel can be summed up thusly: ‘HGH — A Li’l Dab’ll Do Ya’.

Gulf (2/1) — All Up in Lights, $57.80, won Race 9 as your publicly touted Second Bonkersmate. At press-time, we ran the numbers for the race for its original 7½f turf configuration, and it came up contentious, All Up in Lights a Dual Qualifier (83, 86). Good enough for the mopes this time.

Sam Houston (1/0) — After the Rockets, the Greatest Team in Houston Sports History. Ladies & gentlemen, your Houston Aeros…AEROS…

Los Alamitos (0/0) — Nolan Ryan synonymous with Tejas (Rangers & Astros), but don’t forget he was in his prime with these guys…

Laurel (0/0) — No $20-plus mutuels, no release of 22 Slick Hillary emails, either. What are you gonna do?

Oaklawn (1/1) — Late posting-time kept the opener from being touted, but you would have had her on your own (with the V6, of course): Flyer’s Fantasy was a Dual Qualifier (99, 87) and the race was classically contentious. Flyer’s Fantasy was 10-1 on the morning line, 12-1 in real life and $26.40 on the toteboard. You would have smashed this one, no HGH or dabbing needed.

PennNat (1/1) — Same sitch as at Oaklawn: Dual Qualifier in the opener (Chloe’s White Soxs, 81, 91, $34.60 to win). However, this one would not have been publicly touted, given the shortish 6-1 odds on the morning line. However, once you saw the 16-1 win odds flashing on her, you would have had very little recourse other than to place the wager.

Santa Anita (0/0) — Get your local weekend action in today; strong rain forecast for Sunday.

Tampa (1/0) — Race 5 had a $118.80; too slippery.

Turfway (0/0) — Cincy (and Indy) had Big League Ice-Hockey!
